I. DEFINITIONS

II. DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE
In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the individual services offered, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Website. The Administrator provides technical solutions for contacting him via an electronic form. Personal data of persons using the contact form (including but not limited to: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address), will be processed by the Administrator:
(a) for the purpose of identifying, submitting and handling the inquiry sent by the User via the form provided – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract.

The newsletter service is provided by the Administrator to individuals who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose.
